Polizei setzt auf Mentoring zur Gleichstellungsförderung

Die Polizei Gifhorn will durch ein Mentoring-Programm dafür sorgen, dass mehr Frauen in Füh-rungsverantwung kommen. Mentoring wurde bereits im Jahr 2001 als Personalentwicklungsin-strument für die Polizei des Landes Niedersachsen eingeführt. Während der Umorganisation der Landespolizei wurde das Programm für zwei Jahre ausgesetzt. In modifizierter Form startete das das Projekt in diesem Jahr dieses Jahres neu.
