McDonald’s Europe has launched the most significant private sector initiative to promote European employee mobility with its McPassport. The McPassport, an official certification of the training and skills that employees have acquired while employed by McDonald’s, is designed to support the movement of McDonald’s restaurant employees throughout the European Union.
