Unternehmen testen anonyme Bewerbungen

In einem von der Antidiskriminierungsstelle initiierten Pilotprojekt wollen fünf große Unternehmen in Deutschland, darunter die internationalen Player L’Oréal und Procter & Gamble, sowie drei deutsche Unternehmen aus dem DAX künftig Stellenbewerbungen anonymisiert bearbeiten. Hierfür sollen BewerberInnen ausdrücklich auf Namen, Anschrift, Geburtsdatum, Geburtsort und Familienstand sowie auf das Einsenden eines Fotos verzichten.
