In Deutschland wurden aktuell 93 Unternehmen zertifiziert, die sich durch ihre Vergütungs- und Benefitmodelle sowie Karriere- und Einstiegsmöglichkeiten hervorheben konnten. Eine von CRF durchgeführte Studie über Work-Life Angebote aller Top-Arbeitgeber lässt die deutschen Unternehmen in einem durchaus positiven Licht erscheinen:
