Employers in Switzerland award work life prize to families
Work life balance prizes don’t just award companies – in Switzerland, families can also be rewarded with such an honour. „Employés Suisse“, the biggest national employee organisation in Switzerland, awards three families (gay and lesbian families can also participate) that focus on a good balance between work and life. Participating families must answer a questionnaire about their work life situation with questions like „How much hope/courage/will do you have as far as improving your family’s health?“ or short summaries about their personal work life situation, support among family members and possible improvements. The first prize is a one week holiday. Swiss families can apply for the work life prize until March 7th.
