Eigentlich sind Aufzüge ein Merkmal für Barrierefreiheit und eine Erleichterung für alle, die keine Treppen laufen können. Nachteile zeigen sich erst, wenn das Gerät einmal stecken bleibt, denn dann zeigen sie sich just in der Problemsituation nicht mehr so behindertengerecht, wie gedacht.

Over the last years, Diversity Councils have become almost standard tools in the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). In practice, these committees vary significantly regarding their set-up, objectives and approaches, which consequently leads to different results.
