Frauen in KMU an der Spitze

WĂ€hrend in den letzten Jahren der Anteil an Frauen im oberen Top-Management von Großunternehmen eher gesunken ist (abhĂ€ngig vom Betrachtungsfokus), erreichen in den KMUs immer mehr Frauen Top-Positionen.
